Labyrinth

The Balboa Theatre and SF in SF present the ultimate fantastic fantasy film staring David Bowie, Jennifer Connolly
Toby Froud, Warwick Davis & Kenny Baker.

Left home to babysit her little brother Toby, Sarah resorts to storytelling to keep him from crying at bedtime…but what to do when he won’t stop crying? Sarah’s story inadvertently conjures the fearsome Goblin King, Jareth, who forces her to race against time and his mysterious Labyrinth when he steals Toby away from her. She must rescue her brother, or he will became a goblin, forever…

A classic, directed by Jim Henson, screenplay by Terry Jones (Monty Python), with the magic of Brian Froud’s costume design and the genius of the Jim Henson Creature Shop (Hoggle!) — and David Bowie chewing up the scenery — it’s not to be missed!
