Our 2009 Readings series gets underway on Saturday with Aimee Bender<\/a> and Sean Stewart<\/a>. Each author will read a selection from their work, followed by Q&A from the audience moderated by author Terry Bisson. <\/p>\n

As usual the event will take place at The Variety Preview Room, 582 Market St. @ Montgomery, 1st floor of The Hobart Bldg. The doors open at 6:00pm and there will be a cash bar in aid of Variety<\/a>. The readings start at 7:00pm. We strongly recommend BART for travel as the Montgomery BART station is very convenient for the venue.
